All Kita Kaze Budo Association members are strongly encouraged to attend the 2017 Annual General Meeting. The primary purpose of the meeting will be to hold elections for the association board. If you are interested in running for a position, please email the secretary of your intentions. There will also be an opportunity during the AGM to nominate board members before voting begins.

The following positions will be open for election and will be held for one year until the next AGM:

• President
• Vice-President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Fundraising Coodinator
• Public Relations
• Kendo Member-At-Large
• Naginata Member-At-Large
• Iaido Member-At-Large

Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting but only those who are in good standing with the association (i.e. have paid all their fees) will be permitted to vote.

Practices that morning for Kendo and Naginata will start a half hour early and go from 8:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be provided to all at the AGM so please RSVP to let us know how many people to expect.
